Beyond working with and studying many industry experts, Melody Rader graduated with an "Accounting Specialist" certificate from Sheridan College in 1997 and obtained her "Tax Accounting Specialist" certificate from Sheridan in 2003.

Her employment history includes a supervisory position in a Chartered Accountant's firm. In addition, she has gained a wealth of experience in all aspects of running a successful dental practice.

Melody commenced freelance bookkeeping in 1999 and soon after formally registered and incorporated Accountable Solutions.

What's most important to Melody is helping her clients make sense of the numbers. She provides ongoing support and insights to help her clients make educated decisions about their business.

Her goal is to give them a peace of mind, knowing that the work that her and her staff do behind the scenes, will ultimately provide them the confidence and control over the direction of their company at every level!

Lisa White

Lisa has been with Accountable Solutions since early 2006. She is currently enrolled at York University in part-time studies; just recently completing her third successful year in business administration with Specialized Honours in Accounting. In addition to this, and second level courses accomplished through The Canadian General Accountants Association of Canada; Lisa brings with her extensive experience in all aspects of bookkeeping, including a total of 15 years working in the corporate environment.

Lisa is very easy to work with, incredibly helpful and resourceful. Given her level of expertise and organizational skills, and the often fast-paced nature of their work and industry, she is a perfect match with the team at Accountable Solutions.

Mei Wu

Mei has been with Accountable Solutions since March 2005, and was hired through Y.E.S. (Youth Employment Services for visible minorities). In addition to achieving 95% through this program, the highest scoring in her class, she has also completed studies in Computerized Accounting and Office Administration through Maple Leaf College of Business and Technology.

Mei has a considerable amount of managerial and bookkeeping experience, and is very comfortable and highly adept at meeting the needs of all the clients at Accountable Solutions Corporation. She exudes a refreshing attitude and work ethic in everything she does.

Holly Kerr

Holly joined the Accountable Solutions team in January 2005, bringing with her over 20 years of hands-on management and bookkeeping experience.

Holly welcomes and enjoys the various challenges that many business owners face in their day-to-day operations. In addition to working cross-province for 2 years, and with a variety of small businesses, including in the retail sector; Holly held a rewarding, 11 year tenure as Vice President of an Industrial Plating Facility.

Her wealth of practical experience and knowledge is evident in everything she does, from her exceptional understanding of financial statements and how important they are, to her valuable insights on what it takes to run an efficient and successful company.
